الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي والرئيس بوتين يشهدا بدء الصبة الخرسانية الأولى للوحدة الرابعة لمشروع الضبعة النووي

المتحدث باسم رئاسة الجمهورية ينشر نص كلمـة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، خلال فعاليات بدء تنفيذ الصبة الخرسانية الأولى للوحدة النووية الرابعة بمشروع الضبعة النووى والتي جاء فيها :

"بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

فخامة الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين..

رئيس روسيا الاتحادية،

الحضور الكريم،

أود فى البداية، أن أعرب عن خالص تقديرى وسعادتى بالمشاركة الكريمة لصديقى العزيز، فخامة الرئيس "فلاديمير بوتين"، فى فعاليات بدء تنفيذ الصبة الخرسانية الأولى للوحدة النووية الرابعة بمشروع الضبعة النووى، والتى تأذن بشروع الدولة المصرية فى مرحلة الإنشاءات الكبرى لكافة الوحدات النووية بالمشروع، كما أتوجه بالشكر للضيوف الكرام.

السيدات والسادة،

إنه لمن دواعى سرورى وفخرى واعتزازي أن أتشارك معكم هذه اللحظة التاريخية، التى ستظل خالدة فى تاريخ وذاكرة هذه الأمة، وشاهدة على إرادة هذا الشعب العظيم الذى صنع بعزيمته وإصراره وجهده التاريخ على مر العصور، وها هو اليوم يكتب تاريخا جديدا بتحقيقه حلما طالما راود جموع المصريين بامتلاك محطات نووية سلمية، مؤكدا تصميمه على المضى قدما فى مسار التنمية والبناء، وصياغة مستقبل مشرق لمصر.

إن هذا الحدث العظيم الذى نشهده اليوم يمثل صفحة مضيئة أخرى فى مسار التعاون الوثيق بين مصر وروسيا الاتحادية، ويعد صرحا جديدا يضاف إلى مسيرة الإنجازات التى حققها التعاون "المصـــرى – الروسى" المشترك عبر التاريخ، كما يعكس مدى الجهود المبذولة من كلا الجانبين للمضى قدما نحو تنفيذ مشروع مصر القومى، بإنشاء المحطة النووية بالضبعة، الذى يسير بوتيرة أسرع من المخطط الزمنى المقرر متخطيا حدود الزمان، ومتجاوزا كل المصاعب، ليعكس الأهمية البالغة التى توليها الدولة المصرية لقطاع الطاقة إيمانا بدوره الحيوى كمحرك أساسى للنمو الاقتصادى، وأحد ركائز التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وفق "رؤية مصر 2030".

السيدات والسادة،

إن ما يشهده عالمنا اليوم من أزمة فى إمدادات الطاقة العالمية يؤكد أهمية القرار الاستراتيجى الذى اتخذته الدولة المصرية بإحياء البرنامج النووى السلمى المصرى لإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية، كونه يساهم فى توفير إمدادات طاقة آمنة ورخيصة وطويلة الأجل، وبما يقلل الاعتماد على الوقود الأحفورى، ويجنب تقلبات أسعاره. كما أن إضافة الطاقة النووية إلى مزيج الطاقة الذى تعتمد عليه مصر لإنتاج الكهرباء يكتسب أهمية حيوية للوفاء بالاحتياجات المتزايدة من الطاقة الكهربائية اللازمة لخطط التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، ويساهم فى زيادة الاعتماد على الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة، بما يحقق الاستدامة البيئية والتصدى لتغير المناخ.

وختاما،

أتقدم بالشكر مرة أخرى لفخامة الرئيس "بوتين" على انضمامه لهذه الفعالية، كما أعرب عن خالص الشكر والتقدير للعاملين بكل من شركة "أتوم ستروى إكسبورت"، المقاول العام الروسى للمشروع، و"هيئة المحطات النووية لتوليد الكهرباء"، التى تشرف على تنفيذ هذا المشروع القومى العملاق، آملا دوام التوفيق فى مراحل المشروع المقبلة.

Honorable Attendees,

At the beginning, I would like to express my sincere and profound appreciation and pleasure for the generous participation of my dear friend, His Excellency President Vladimir Putin, in the ceremony of pouring the first concrete into the foundation of Power Unit 4 at El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant, marking the groundbreaking for the Egyptian state’s major construction phase in the nuclear power plant.

I would also like to extend gratitude to the distinguished guests.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It gives me pleasure, pride and honor to share with you this historic moment that shall forever shine in the memory of this nation and stand as a testament to the resolve of this great people who have shaped history over the ages, fueled by their determination, persistence and hard work. Today, they are writing a new bright chapter in history by fulfilling the long-held aspiration of all Egyptians of owning a peaceful nuclear plant, and demonstrating their willpower to move steadfastly on the path of development and construction and build a bright future for Egypt.

This great event that we are celebrating today, represents another chapter in the close cooperation between Egypt and the Russian Federation. It is another milestone that is added to the parade of achievements of the joint Egyptian-Russian cooperation throughout history. It also reflects the enormous efforts exerted by both sides towards implementing Egypt's national project, with the establishment of El-Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant. The construction of the power plant is progressing faster than the planned schedule, surpassing time constraints and overcoming all difficulties. This demonstrates the huge importance the Egyptian State is according to the energy sector, emanating from a belief in its vital role as an essential engine for economic growth and one of the pillars of economic and social development, as envisaged in “Egypt’s Vision 2030.”

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The crisis in global energy supplies that our world is witnessing today underscores the significance of the strategic decisions taken by the Egyptian State to revive the Egyptian peaceful nuclear program for the production of electrical energy. This shall contribute to providing safe, cheap, and long-term energy supplies, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and avoiding fluctuations in their prices.

Introducing nuclear power into the energy mix that Egypt relies on to produce electricity is crucial to meeting the growing demands for electrical energy so as to fulfil the needs of economic and social development plans and contribute to boosting reliance on new and renewable energy, which achieves environmental sustainability and addresses climate change.

In conclusion,

I would like, once again, to extend gratitude to your Excellency President Putin for joining this ceremony. I would also like to express sincere gratitude and appreciation to the employees of Atomstroyexport, the Russian general contractor of the project, as well as the Nuclear Power Plants’ Authority, which is supervising the construction of this mega national project, wishing you enduring success in the next stages of the project.
